Frequently asked questions
01. What services do you offer?
Our diverse fleet allows us to offer general freight transportation as well as line-haul and hiab services.
02. What can you transport?
Essentially anything that can be loaded onto our trucks, but generally palletised goods, bulk bags, dangerous goods, shipping containers etc.
03. Interisland transport?
Unfortunately we do not transport freight between the North and South Islands at this time. But we do work with partner companies in Christchurch that do.
04. Is package size important?
Yes, the dimensions and weight allow us to accurately provide quotes, invoice our customers correctly as well as allowing us to plan our truck utilisation.
05. Do you transport furniture?
We generally only transport store bought furniture and appliances that are packaged appropriately. We are not a furniture removal company.
06. When do you deliver?
We operate 5 days a week, Mon-Fri and delivery times are freight dependent but we aim to have your freight delivered within 48hrs upon receiving it.
